Rental Terms

These Rental Terms explain how furniture rental services are provided by XFurniture, including usage rules, rental duration, delivery conditions, maintenance, and customer responsibilities.

By placing a rental order, you agree to these terms.

1. Rental Overview

XFurniture provides flexible furniture rental services for residential, commercial, and short-term living spaces.

Customers may rent:

  • Individual furniture items

  • Room packages

  • Custom interior setups

Rental items remain the property of XFurniture at all times unless converted through Rent-to-Own.

2. Rental Term & Usage Period

Customers select a rental duration during checkout, such as:

  • 1–5 months

  • 6–9 months

  • 10–12 months

  • 13–17 months

  • 18–24 months

Rental usage starts from the confirmed delivery date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery, Installation & Return

For rental terms of 6 months or longer, standard delivery and installation are included.

This includes:

  • Doorstep delivery

  • Basic installation and setup

  • End-of-term pickup and removal

For shorter rental terms, additional service fees may apply.

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate delivery address

  • Accessible installation environment

  • Availability for delivery and pickup scheduling

4. Maintenance Service

XFurniture provides free maintenance support during the rental period for normal wear and product function issues.

Maintenance does NOT cover:

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Water damage, burns, stains

  • Pet damage

  • Unauthorized modification

  • External accidents

All maintenance requests must be reported to customer support.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Use furniture properly and safely

  • Avoid resale, subleasing, or relocation without approval

  • Maintain a clean environment

  • Report issues promptly

  • Ensure valid payment method throughout rental period

6. End of Rental Options

At the end of the rental period, customers may:

  • Return the items

  • Extend the rental

  • Swap for other items

  • Convert to Rent-to-Own (if eligible)

7. Order Confirmation

All rental orders are subject to final confirmation by XFurniture, including availability, delivery access, and service feasibility.
